The mastersmith skill repair, Which repairs broken equipment and weapons.

Well in all main towns the message is "This skill cannot be used within this area"

Is rather annoying since upon leaving PVP with broken gear i cannot repair it on the way to pick up a mado suit.
I don't see any reason repair should be limited at all, i should be able to use it everywhere.
