O.O anyone look at the ChinaJoy coverage. Heart Beat Network, which hosts Ragnarok in China is releasing a mobile version in 2016. The surprising thing is they are promoting the game at a trade show better then Gravity has ever promoted any of their games. The biggest promotional event Gravity has had were its annual Gravity Games Festival that has been discontinued.

I've only heard about Dream Square releasing a new RO mobile game next year. Never heard of any licensing agreements with a Heart Beat Network.

Heartbeat Network announces Ragnarok Mobile game at ChinaJoy 2015.

The game's site links to Dream Square stuff so I'm guessing Heart Beat Network was a mistranslation of Dream Square.
