I am RO2 player from Thailand. I can't change my character's name for every names that I've filled.
" Failed to change name since the name is already taken"
What should i do to fix this problem?

How unique are the names you are trying to use? This game is two years old and it's f2p, so there are A LOT of names taken already. If you can't find a name that works then you can try sending in a ticket on the ones you have tried to make sure they are indeed taken and it's not the game's fault.
