OK I've posted this before but I'll state it again anyway.
Karkia is not a wasteland map planet. It's surface is a wasteland for a reason.
Karkians are the only race that cannot breathe the natural air in the ROSE Universe, they have to breathe a substance known as Karkian Darkness. This combined with the fact that the planet is a wasteland surface world, lend to the belief they're a subterranean race. Not only this, but in-game lore also states that the Karkian people are well known for their extensive Mana Steam technology. This means they're an intelligent race and wouldn't just be widely spread in small numbers. They'd have extensive cities and many piece of technology, none of which is seen from the surface, this also lends to the belief that they live under ground.
If and when Karkia is ever released, I'd have high expectations of the majority of the Maps being caves/caverns under ground, and the cities being sprawling metropolis' with bright mana steam technology. If you want a prime example of the Karkians ability look at the Doctor Arms back shield. It's description is as follows:
This Karkian technology allows any Doctor of Mana Science to use extra limbs for experimental purposes"
This discloses:
- They have technology, advanced bio-technology that interfaces with beings.
- They have Doctors, and as such a knowledge of medical science.
- There is a classification of Mana Science, the fact that they have classifications of science stimulates even more in depth knowledge.
- Experiments: They actively conduct experiments to even further their knowledge.
If Karkia is anything short of a Scientific Mana Steam Marvel based primarily underground, I will be highly disappointed and will put my foot down that it is NOT what has been hinted at.
