Hey im not sure if this is the right forum to post this in but here it goes. Im a returning RO player its been at least 2 years but i know i have completed the Cursed Spirit Quest a long time ago i tried to to do the Dangerous Rumors Quest and i get no where i get to the 4th floor in bios and i get mobbed no instance starts for me or anything so if any one could help i would greatly appreciate it thanks

Did you talk to the guy outside of the sewer pipe? If so, what did he say?

Only those beautiful ladies are my life. i (what ever his name is) have no interest in guys like you though. but im willing to listen do you have anything to say to me? and thats all he says to me then i get to choose an answer

Then you have NOT finished cursed spirit!! If your flags are set he'll talk about rumors of something dangerous in the labs.

 

TIP: make sure you did the VERY LAST PART where you check his lab and see he's fled the company. You may have skipped this since it comes AFTER the EXP!
