Much related to the friend PM, this is a section for clan mail ingame. Where the commander and up (clan managers) can pm any members of a clan regarding anything regardless of offline or online status.

This allows the members to be alert of any events that might be happening in the clan that is arranged by any members of the clan managers. Also allowing to tell their reasons for kicking a certain member from a clan or why the clan member was demoted, etc.

I would suggest two things.

First:

• Clan chat broadcasting. Anyone with the rank Commander or above can have the ability to modify the clan status message. This message can include clan events, general clan stuff, or a greeting.

When a clan member enters the game, they will see the clan status message in their chat window, as a system message. Or it can be displayed in the small system message at the top of the screen where the game tips are displayed. Also, if the clan status message is changed, then it will be broadcasted again.

Additionally, the clan status message can only be modify once every hour, or once every day. This is to prevent spamming.

Second:

• An info tab can be implemented into the clan window. When the clan master makes any changes, such as promoting, demoting, adding, kicking people, or learning new clan skills, it will be displayed in this tab.

wow nice idea, this would allow even more detailed clan management and clans would have to rearrange their staff well. Especially when the clan points contribution of all members are displayed.

Doubt that this limitation is needed, if someone starts spamming his rank can simply be discharged.

I love the idea of a Mailing System, kinda wondering though: Why only clan-internal? It would be a nice feature to have for messaging other, offline, players in general.

because mailing system is already available in chats, you can mail offline people and pm online people.

Only problem with that is that clan members are not necessarily in your friendlist, so it limits the mailing system to just your friendlist.

Thus this idea

The moment the offline player comes into game, they will receive the status message. So offline messaging is not necessary.

Additionally, the clan master could spam for the hell of it. This won't be fun for the clan members.

Uhm, but this is exactly how offline messaging works? A player comes online - the player receives his messages.

If the clan master spams his clan his members are free to go, that easy.

On they other hand, if a CM makes a typo, he'd have to wait an hour to be able to edit his text again...sounds kinda frustrating.

Just check your messages before you send them, done :v Any questions can be asked later on depending on what you sent (if you remember)

So the timer is not exactly necessary. At the very least, the mail shows the messages sent by the certain person + with the date it is sent. So at the very least the member can tell which to read and which to ignore,

Additionally, also add different type of sorting so make it more oriented by the way they want it to be, like per date, (ascending/descending), name, etc
