Hihi, Im Zack and been leveling a RK quite hard on these days, im actually 146 and was thinking about if i was ready to do bio 4, my principal issue is the equiment one, cause i actually dont have a great equipment and was thinking about it.

 

What is really necesary to do a good job on Bio4, i think the most important its about the dmg you dealt, so i list my equipment and if you guys could help me telling me what to buy and in wich order to give priority to that (I already been watching videos on youtube and guides here in the forum about how a Rk should do his job on Bio4 but, advices are always well received :3)
 

Here are my equipments ^^

Top - Rideword Hat [Incubus] (Mainly for leech SP)

Middle/Bottom - None xP

Armor - Goibnes armor (lol)

Weap - Macew/ 4 Archer Skeleton (It does not matter the refinement right? dosnt add dmg D:)

Shield - Round Buckler (Andre egg card)

Manteau - FAW +9 EA9 no card yet (My greatest pride lol)

Boots - Temp Dex boots ea4/SoL (Cheapest on ragial >.>)

Acces - Two Ur seals with 100 sp enchant and another crappy one, one with creamy and other with Spore

 

So... Thats my gears, also a second question >< currently my stats are

Str 10

Vit 105

Int 100

Dex 120

 

Others on 1, and idk what to give points.. xD, im purely DB style D:

your stats are okay, get a bit more str for carry supplies then about your gears.. you will need a change before bio4 because with your current gears you will die and die again and burn exp. in bio4 scenario RKs doesnt need to do the highest damage (its not a competition for see who does the highest damage on the mob lol, its a battle for survive) because mobs like celia (what have thunder storm/fireball/and bolts does a lot of damage (and may oneshot) on people who dont have reductions for these elements or the rest of mob; (Fist from Chen, and others from the rest.).

 

what you need to change is your armor to Unfrozen Wind armor (Aebecee's Raging Typhoon Armor) for wind resistance and no get freeze (but yeah you can wear any other armor like Ur's plate with vit or MaxHP enchants/Glorious Suit or any other who gives HP if you want and use Halagas runestone for freze immunity of course) and your shield to Valk shield (gives shadow resistance, fire and water) celias also does fireball and ice bolt

get a hide acc. You can use that to survive from most of the crap that they throw at you. (all bolt, gfist, etc)
and btw, i think SoL proc on atk (and db? need confirmation) . If yes, then that boot will burn your sp. It is good for solo (100pd hell yeah), but you dont really want to use that if you dont want to burn blue pots. (but you can scream "sp please!!" in bioPT, so yea :s)

stay with the rideword hat and get an incubus pet. as long as you're smart with your dbs you'll never ever run out of sp that way.

Isnt better Raydric card? Cause i mainly solo, so, survival in that case i think its better at least for me, also the menblatt is way much expensive ><, im gonna think about it. About the armor, the Aebecce is also sooo expensive, but i think as you said it its really worth, so im gonna save for that and put it a Marc in

Yeaaaah, about the SoL i also thinked about it, im planning to buy a temporal dex with slot and put a verit card, low budget issues xP
Also gona farm mora coins and try to get good sp enchants and put it a Smokie card to the hide, its really great, thanks for the answer :'D

menblatt is for enemies you can kite around and don't need to tank. otherwise a raydric is better.

 

i used a glorious suit/bryn almost the entire time i leveled in bio4, you really just need to stay inside the ME and hide gfists/fireballs and there's no particular need for wind armour.

 

if you can't afford +9 superior temp dex boots get verit carded ones.

if you can't really afford the slotted version of wind armor (aebecee), get the unslotted one. It is cheaper. But you will depend on your rune(hagalas) for the unfrozen

my bad, i always thought they all have the unslotted version :|

edit: a quick ragial'd show that there is unslotted version of aebecee :v
and it seem that it only drop by event mob (that and the water armor). So good luck trying to get one in ragial :3

And, certainly no, i cant afford the +9 Temporal, maybe if i start to do OGH and dont die in the try, i could farm it :3

Just some question on Temporal DEX Boots, the description states, "ORIGINAL DEX is more than 120..." But I see most of us here are only with 120 DEX, instead of 121, is it a description error?

 

For garment, I heard FAW still the best, with either +9 or 12 FAW, Raydric Card still best suit FAW?

1. For temporal boots, you only need 120 of a particular stat to get the bonus.
2. Dont bother +12-ing your faw. The only reason you should do that is if you want the special stats enchant, which i assure you not really worth it unless it is the special agi.
3. Menblatt will give you higher damage output, but if you want to solo, you might prefer redux over damage. In that case, raydric, or DR is a better choice.

if you can only afford one ea faw a raydric is better. otherwise it's nice to have both

Also instead of cranial an anti medium shield would do better in bios.. Other than that Rave has got it all down..
