if the first value for min damage is higher than the second value for max damage...anyone with any common sense would assume the max value if it is lower would be the maximum amount of damage possible.
thsi is why the mdc weapons appear bugged. the max value is nerfing all possible values for damage. if it is lower its impossible for the min value even though it is higher to ever be.
its this simple... if the max value is lower than the min value the min value is null...
