 I ask this because I was talking with a friend of mine last night/early this morning. He was telling me that when he crafts blue pots, his materials disappear, he gets the success notice, but the pots don't appear in his inventory. He had no problems with red ones however. He wants me to report this as a bug, but I thought I would ask the community about this first.

No problems here, i could craft blue pots+crates of blue pots just fine.

It wasn't a failure problem. He was succeeding, but the items weren't appearing in his inventory.

did you try to relog 1st? cuz sometimes it will reappear, if not then i don't belong to this discussion :v

I already tried character select , still nothing
Then log out turn off window reopened it problem not solve yet
After tried all ways , nothing change
I went to sleep , I tried to crafted again when I woke up , still got nothing
I played this artisan and crafted a lots for 3 years , but this is first time I got this problem

I just tried to make those blue pots and had no trouble but even with 1219 con the success % was kinda low (86.7%).

 

I had something similar happen to me while I was reinforcing lvl 200 gear. It looked like the craft succeeded but when I was done, I realized that the hat was missing. The first time it happened, I just figured I just hadn't seen it fail but the second time (different day and different person) both the guy and I were watching. Neither of us saw a failure yet again, an item was missing so I asked Leo and he checked game logs. He said that my artisan did indeed fail. So it might be a case of that "success or failure" notice being bugged.  The problem is, it doesn't happen every time (or at least it doesn't for me) and you wouldn't normally take a ss of everything you craft or reinforce, so I don't know how they could ever duplicate this to fix it if it's a bug.

Did you try turning off/on the monitor? Also try blowing on your mouse ball.

Try depositing all of the items in the consumable tab into storage, then relog on the character.

HoneyBunz : I don't think it is a bug of the success and fail cause I tried all the materials from 999 go down to the picture , if they got that bug I should get even 1 blue pot

Feuer : what happen with the monitor ? Turn off and on ? And I am using gaming lazer mouse , it doesn't have a ball in the middle like you said

Phish : I tried it too , it won't work for me

I am not argue or fighting , just this problem make me can't craft the blue pot , maybe it is a bug , I ask Pam cause she told me before any problem just say and they will make the game better , but I saw every time they made an updated , it always stay more problem and bug , so sad

well finally,,,  having someone who have similar problem with me ,,,,

in my case it's a lil different,, it's my cleric ,,, i can't get a hold of blue pot or blue pot box ...

i tried so many ways, open the box with other char , then trade it to my cleric ...

but after trade the blue pot dissapear ..

in my case its not really dissapear, but it appeared as different item ...

so i think its a character bug ,,, 

because of this my cleric went to the grave ,,,, 

 

try using trade, give some blue pot & blue pot box to your artisan  from other character ..

and look what happen ,,, is it just dissapear or it'll become other item ...

I checked my artisan back yesterday after they did updated on lucky spin
And my artisan is fine now , she can craft blue pot , but today is full main , I hope that bug won't come back
Can u tell me what u got when it disappear ? Some item mall item ?

Well that seems like a big bug right there. Are the boosters random? And have you tried this many times?
