I think random boss (any) in RHD drops Large Jellopy. But, often times I get it from PvE arena since we face series of bosses without having to run around (as in a dungeon). So, we get to defeat more bosses in shorter time and chances that we get Large Jellopy drop is higher than other hard dungeons.
