Which one is better for white wing manteau enchant, FS enchants or Atk% enchants?

Atk% is better if you have high atk already. Otherwise, FS.

 

But I don't take other range / AS bonus into consideration, so the FS enchant might actually be stronger, like Nirvanna said.

 

 

 

I wish I have the z to test things out T_T

With self buff only FS is stronger. When buffs like strike and odin are avaiable atk% becomes stronger

If you manage to get either FS or Atk% on all three enchants, I doubt you'll reset it anyway
