I tried dowload the 3 patches 689,690 and 691 and extracted in patch folder but nothing i still stuck :C

 PLEASE, HELP ME stoped playing this game for personal reasons and now After 1 year I'm downloading it again but i cant so was waiting almost a month to play this game and  i cant play now so  i feel very sad admi please help me:after of 20 minuts appeared this: Error Failed Internet Read File
