I believe this guy saw a person wearing an IM set that was equipped in normal gears. For example, 2pcs of hermes wing - one in costume and one in normal gears. Yes, this is possible but its a glitch.

I will forward this to the production team for investigation.

Additionally if equipping IM to the normal slots is done by using a bug/exploit this is a bannable action.

Well, can you forgive? This is not very significant... i agree that people joke around intentionally and make mistake unintentionally. Banning costs too much for them. I suggest to give them a chance.
