[Knight Skill] Master Defense Aura

One of my ideas was for the Knight class and I thought it would be pretty neat, and useful.
Knight's are supposed to take the hits for the party, but why not also give them the ability to give off an aura of defense that supports the entire party like a bonfire.
The aura would be who ever is x Distance from the Knight, instead of a static location like a bonfire.
[ Master Defense Aura ]
Level 1: +5% Physical Defense to Self, +1000 Physical Defense to the party.
Level 2: +10% Physical Defense to Self, +2000 Physical Defense to the party.
Level 3: +15% Physical Defense to Self, +3000 Physical Defense to the party.
Level 4: +20% Physical Defense to Self, +4000 Physical Defense to the party.
Level 5: +25% Physical Defense to Self, +5000 Physical Defense to the party.
The values could be changed if they are too "overpowered". Also, maybe have it add magic defense as well.
This buff can either have a duration, or be persistent. If there are more than one knight in the party with the Master Defense Aura active, it will only apply the personal buff to the knight, and not stack the party buffs.

This was mentioned more than 10x.about auras of knight. might be damage aura or shield aura and a lot more but i dont think they can't implement the aura mechanic. It would be nice to have this. I would suggest make it only for the team because knights are tanky as they are already and with this a knight can be a game changer. Almost all will kill the knight because of the tremendous aura he possess and what if the knight itself is so tanky, the other team will be in a pinch
More feasible skill would be to remove the knight's reflect but have a skill that deals aoe damage over time. Reflect is useless on a knight in aa. NO ONE TARGETS YOU. this skill honestly is not being utilized to the fullest. This new skill im sayin is that you can activate/deactive it and one drawback is that it consumes the the hp of a knight. That being same, the hp of a knight will actually be useful. Like converting ur tankiness for aoe/damage mayhem.
I agree with having more magic defence on the knight. They need to be a little less tanky to physical but get normal or buff the mdef a lil bit. Knights die to mages aoe if mage is left unchecked

This mechanic should be possible as we already have the bonfire/ flames mechanics. I would assume they would just need to add some code to make a bonfire like skill that would follow the knight, and add the effects to it that increase defense. It is much like how a character rides a cart or a mount. The player and the cart / mount move together.
Also, this Master Defense Aura should be PvM only anyway, as it would break PvP. I could see this aura being useful in dungeons, or AOE groups.
Additionally, I posted this thread 3 years ago, but it got no attention. I also mentioned that if the numbers are too overpowered, then they can be adjusted.

Some sort of aura/support/aoe damage should also be implemented in pvp for knights as to help the clerics even by a little bit. But with these new skills, some other skills of knights should also be taken into account and balance if that will be the case but i am a firm supporter of knights have these new skills. Will be more fun

This may be true, but with the aoes that are used in AA, a knight could get some needed points in AA by using it.

But still, my focus was geared towards a PvM skill, and party play.
As always, more suggestions are welcome
