I recently downloaded Requim client and installed it, but when launching the client it says Error 06: Failed Internet Connection. I have allowed the client through Windows Firewall and also tried after turning the firewall off, but it didnt help.

Similar issue might have been posted before on the forums but i have been unable to find the solution yet. Please help.

Oh that's easy

do the following

Start Menu -> Control Panel -> Programs -> Uninstall a Program -> Find Requiem - Select Uninstall -> Ok

No more error!

thanks for the replies, i found out the cause: my network doesn't allow connections to ftp servers. I'd have to either manually download the patches from a non-ftp site or use mobile's net to patch the client.
