Ok so i got a lvl 54 vanil and he's got three skills so far, caprice, chaotic blessing and command change. All of them are maxed out at 5 already, but since he's been vontinuing to lvl he's gained 3 skill points? does he gain more skills at another lvl?
extra homun skill points?
