I was just wondering if there is a bug that u can reroll the Crimsom Backsheild and not the Blue Seraphim wings.

I'm sure you can use an enchantment scroll on the wings.

If they are valor, then you shouldn't be able to use an Echantment scroll on them. It all depends on what the item grade of these wings is.

Can't use the scroll on the wings. The wings are expensive and can't have substats- they are a trap

I thought Valor is PvM, it requires grade runes. Has it changed? 

If so, then there should be Valor bindrune/talisman/apatrope

Valor uses the graded runes but it's valor grade

how about remodify reroll hammers be able to put substats to honor/valor eq's? sounds fair cause they cause a lot anyways

You can use the Star Gems + DG/King drop Gems on them.

They won't allow the use of rerolls on valor/honor because they would become too OP.
