With the goal of getting max aspd, is it better to make a +9 FAW +1 Asdp/AD3/AD3 or a +12 Special Agi/Ad3/Ad3 ?
Im leaning more towards the +9 just because of the cost to make +12. Opinions?

+12 SpecAgi/ad3/ad3 is better than +9Faw aspd/ad3/ad3, but doesn't mean it is worth it. Spending something like 500m~ just to get a few increase in damage% is kinda meh.

can you explain how it is better?
+1% aspd is post-attack delay reduc right? +1 flat aspd seems better. Maybe I dont know how it works lol

+12 special agi would give you +1 aspd, +4 agi, +1% atk
