I have discovered that if you equip Heirloom Hookah's double rifle, you cast Arrow Shower slower than normal bows.

Is this intentionally set?

That is because you can't shoot blades with a rifle

I can fire but slower...it's gun fires knives lol.
Ok time to be serious : I feel slower.

Hmm. That's interesting. Is the animation slower, or the hits? Like.. does it take longer for your character to do it, or does it flinch for longer?
