I currently have 2 belts of flash. I was wondering if it would be worth it to get a  goddess of fortune cursed brooch.

 

sacrificing the 1agi and 5 perfect dodge for the 6% crit rate. I am going crit as i always do, but im only level 70 with luk of 46 and a crit currently of 16 untill i get my hands on 3 ss cards.

You'll lose alot of damage when the cursed brooch procs the status. What I would suggest is to wait until you can afford this :

ive actually come back after a few years stopped playing ummm hmmmm after well crap its been years, got sick of the botting which i can still see is going on! 

 

 

but anyway, what exactly is the highest perfect dodge inc with gear you can obtain now? and i was just going to use the brooch untill i had the luk up, trying to stay natural leave gear for other stats.

Dont use triple crit jur, you will be the weakest crit sin if you do. There are now new crit rate enhancing gears around. Its better if you go luck and use slotted elemental katars. I'm doing 2500 crits at goats with priest buff only,no food,no EDP,no god equips,no boss cards. You cannot achieve that dps using a triple crit jur even if you maxed your strenght to 99. So on gear advise, If under a budget use morriganne set or parts gives around 21crit,28atk,19perfect dodge. Or if u have 500m, get 2pcs rogues treasure(if base agi90=atk+10,crit+10 for each of the ring) or you can farm them using morriganne set+bg katar+inverse scale/fire katar

About the perfect dodge, i used to pull mobs in ID3 using morriganne set+2fortune swords+wild rose boots at 75perfect dodge including the dodge from my luk. It was a good set, serve me well until i ditch it for little feather hat,bloody shckl balls and 1pc rogue treas.

My questions how much luk for 100% critical assasin?

My ass lv 90 and stats is str 60, agi 99, luk 40

My equipment headgear + 7 Aquarius Liadem, Miscelavous Fairy, Pirate dagger

My weapon +10 Triple Critical jur

Garment +7 Mocking skin of ventus (whisper card)

Armor +4 thief clothes (alicel card)

Critical ring 2 pcs.

Can someone recommended for my gear?

Death loop are fine, the only problem is that they are account bound. There's an even better option which is a bit pricy :

these are not needed for your current build since you're already reaching 100% crit, unless you switch to a different weapon. If you consider staying crit build as a sinX, Rogue's Treasures are the best option after god items.

 

For the hat, you may want to replace the Diadem with

Which is the best hat you can get for a crit build combined with a sharp arrow even as a sinX (you would want to put a gemini or a stalactic golem card in it if you want to use it for pvp/woe).

 

The rest of your gears seem fine for leveling.
