Good evening Dragon saga players, I'm here because I've been wondering if the Ninja blocking still works in PvE or PvP, sometimes I found myself blocked opponent's skill but still taking damage 
I have set my skill Katar Blocking to 1/5. If someone can inform about Ninja/Assasin's blocking that would be awesome, Thank you

First of all, which is related to contenet, 07:55 AM is not evening!
Since the new version of Dragon Saga, Block of human has been nefted badly : caps 40%, drops damage, has chance to prevent bad effects.

1 : Katar blocking.
2 : Blocking doesn't work in PvE at all as far as I know : monsters' attacks can't be blocked and never miss. It does work for PvP though.
3 : Blocking an attack only negates part of the damage ; I believe every other effect applys if hit.
