i stop playing RO2 for a few year then when came back to play, log in with the same account i have to create a new character.. why? new update? plss answer me.. thank you very much

Some of us experienced some lag and our caracters needed a bit to be loaded it may be this. We had a merge so maybe your cara shared his name and was lost in a bug. You could have deleted it years ago when you quit. Your game didn't patch correctly. Someone stole your unused account for some non legal in game action and messed it. You can try to log in and wait a bit to see if any caracter show up and after send a ticket to support. Meanwhile you can create a new caracter (with different name, not the disappeared one) and look around if you don't play since 2013 you will barely recognize the game.

i try to wait for a while and its still didnt show up.. i really didnt thinking about someone scamming my id because i always play at home.. how to send a ticket support? hope u have others ways to check if my character are gone or not.. i really love this game

You can send a support ticket in http://support.warpportal.com  , it's not needed to make an account but totally recommended anyways (it's separate from your game account), as it allows you keep track of your reported issues more easily.

 

In your case, I suggest you to be as detailed as possible when providing them information in your ticket, like character names, class, etc. So they can check if the data for it is still stored. I haven't heard of characters deleted by them before so I really hope your character is still there in some limbo. Good luck!

Faku answered it all, if you remember the time you quit it would help too or if you have any screenshot to give a visual proof i guest would be usefull too
