I'm not sure that it's Bug or not,

Let's see description below,

 

 

• Set bonus with The Paper Card, Wanderer Card, Wild Rose Card, Zhu Po Long Card:
  • Str +5                                                                                                               (It Works!)
  • Agi +5                                                                                                              (It Works!)
  • Aspd +5%                                                                                                         (It Works!)
  • Increases the user's movement speed.                                                                 (It Works!)
  • Removes the chance of using [Snatch].                                                                (It Doesn't Work!)
  • Removes the draining of SP when attacking.                                                         (It Doesn't Work!)
  • If used by a Thief job type, removes one gemstone from the requirement of skills.  (It Works!)

 

and also Assassin Handcuffs doesn't set double bonus effect when you wearing two of it.

You can never double set bonuses just fyi. So the assassin handcuffs thing won't work, ever.

the snatch thing while using the whole set is a bug that was fixed a while back but i guess reverted with 14.3 getting put in. temp fix is to NOT equip the garment last and you should have no problem

this doesnt work, the snatch keeps on going regardless of equipped order

It's been broken for as long as I can remember, and that gear order thing has never worked. Just need to wait for kRO to send us the fix, since they patched it out years ago.
