Does Camo bonus stack with AS damage?

 

If it stacks, would Camo 5 and AS 6 be better than AS 10?

 

If it doesn't, is it good enough in other ways to hold off on AS 10?

 

I just turned into a ranger and am having trouble figuring out how to spend my skill points. I have AS at 6 and am holding off because I don't know if I should go for camouflage now or get AS to 10. I would like to get even more damage but I haven't been able to figure out if camo stacks with AS. I'm primarily leveling through TI parties and teaming with priest friend.

Why would you get AS less than 10? Get AS 10. There is no way around that. You need 10 if you plan to use it seriously for leveling.

 

AS10+Camou5 > AS10 > Camou5+AS6 > AS6

I plan to get AS 10, I just job changed and was trying to determine which to get first.

Hi, I was searching for information on this as well about Camouflage and Arrow Storm which brought up this thread.  It seems no one has answered yet if the effects do stack or not, can someone please clear this up for us curious Rangers?   Thank you very much for any assistance!

I am pretty sure I did answer it stacks when I said Camou5+AS10 is greater than AS10

You get the attack bonus as long as you tay in camo, if you as while in camo, as then gets stronger

Getting AS 10 first is probably the better choice. It has a bigger AOE area, and has less reuse delay. Camou also has a lot of pre-reqs. The only argument Camou might have for it is that you will be cloaked from non-demon/insect/boss, and you will be able to avoid taking some damage. For OP this is irrelevant since he/she mentioned leveling with a priest friend. Even for solo, I don't recommend it since if you get mobbed it will still cancel Camou and overall I don't think it saves you that much in supplies.
