INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Go to your ROSE folder.
2) 3DDATA > CONTROL > Xml >
3) Locate DLGPARTY.XML
4) Replace DLGPARTY.XML with the [MOD] version of DLGPARTY.XML
5) Run R.O.S.E. Online

I MAY try something with the party window soon now that you point it out, it's so damn cluttered and poorly done as far as it's just being outdated compared to the newer UI features. The layout is just gutted from the old window and 're-themed' it with the new textures. Assuming it's not hardcoded.

It seems to be hard coded. There is no XML file to modify the individual controls, only the window / buttons.
Maybe there are some "NAME"'s, or "ID"'s in the client that can be thrown into the XML code to control them.
Dunno, but this is what I did so far haha.
