First off, apologies to anyone who might see their business in AH crumble suddenly thanks to this post, or maybe I light some fires in parties. The only reason i'm writing it is to make clear some things that aren't obvious just from playing the game due to a lack of information.
So, let's start by answering some simple questions players might have:
Q: How do I obtain Serenia Gear?
A: The gear is crafted, so you must first learn the designs and obtain the materials you need for the pieces you have.
Q: Ok, so where to get the designs? Are they boss drops like Osi/DW?
A: Nope, with Serenia we see a comeback of the long forgotten Artisan and Blacksmith Experts NPCs. You can buy the designs from them.
Q: Alright, let's leave that aside, where do I get the materials?
A: That's the hard part of the process. Similarly to most ML gears, Serenia gears can be seen as an "improved" version of the previous gear, so you need the Ancient Warrior piece of the Serenia gear you want to craft. But aside of that you need certain materials that so far can only be obtained by disassembling Ancient Warrior gears or accessories.
Q: Wha-? Disassembly?! But that stuff is broken as hell! X_x
A: Well, weird enough, the disassembly of Ancient Warrior stuff seems to be fairly good. And each attempt with either accessories or gears will give you a bit of every material needed. So it only takes you some tries to get enough materials for each piece.
Q: Right, well, the way you put it, it's super easy to craft Serenia gear, right?
A: To some extent, yes, you could say it's pretty easy to craft. The real challenge is obtaining the materials, as Ancient Warrior stuff is Bind on Pickup, you'll have to make clear with your party who will loot what and stuff, unless you're able to solo some of the monsters in Jawaii to supply yourself.
Q: Then we can only farm Ancient Warrior stuff in the fields of Jawaii?
A: This one is harder to answer, as we never got Drop Tables or any other information about drops, players will depend on their own experiences here to find what drops what. But there's always a possibility that the stuff will also be obtainable in the Wonderland Raid Dungeon.
I hope that makes things clear regarding this gear, and what you'll need to do to obtain it. If new information or changes are made regarding this, I guess I'll come and update the post.
