It is becoming common for messages to take over 3 minutes to load before I can see one.why?

Could be a connection issue. I can load messages fine on the latest IE, Firefox, and Chrome.
However it does slow down when Google does its daily crawl around 10am PDT and 10pm PDT.

mine doesn't load at all. had to access via profile :/ sometimes i dont get notifications either.
