The job change for Geneticist got a problem and she did send a ticket.
The reply for her from the support is:
We apologize for the inconvenience that this issue may caused you. Please be informed that you do not have to redo the job change quest. Once you have gained the required level for quest, just talk to the NPC that changed your job and it will immediately change.
But until now she's still bugged even after they fixed her quest.
