I dislike how you lose a bunch of defense from using them and I think they need to be made a bit faster. My current experience is limited to the basic ingame bought cart so my experience is limited in this topic.I suppose they are treated like miniature castle gears? Almost as if castle gears came before carts.... Anyway, is it possible to have a character keep their buffs when using a cart? Is the brittleness of riding carts tied to PVP somehow I guess? I don't think carts have a function in PVP situations anyway.

"Running" is really slow and I was going to suggest to increase base movement speed but that would have some effect in PVP and I don't care to PVP ever. There is the option to increase base movement speed and decrease the effect of everything that boost movement speed but that sounds unlikely. I'm quite annoyed when most monsters have higher movement speed than a characters base movement speed. It's really "FUN" when a monster can easily catch up to your slow character who is trying to get somewhere and stab you in the back 50000 times. Even more "FUN" when they can catch up to you while you are riding a cart. Yes, I'm really annoyed by this.

Monster aggro is annoying is there a possible way to make monsters simply ignore you when you reach a certain level? Is a monster behavior "switch" possible?

I always feel the need to address how difficult these things might be to implement. I just mean that I know that perhaps some of my ideas are unrealistic.

I can't address most of your concerns, but I can assure you that there are faster carts out there. A flame frame Meister Cart, with Tuned Chaser Engine, Meister Wheels and Jetpack or some other accessory I can't recall the name of will have about 2200 mspd.

Yea, or you can get movement speed gear and attack speed. Then just run from enemies, while shooting ( If you are a ranged class )

As Pam said, there are faster carts available. You could also get speed boosters for when you're traveling from one spot to another.

As for monster aggro- some are just set to attack while many ignore you unless you attack first. Annoying as it is at times, I think it would be pretty boring if none of them were ever aggressive.

I'll answer these questions so I'll sound less annoying and a bit less entitled.

Should it really be normal to carry a set of equipment in your inventory just to move faster? I'm not entirely sure if that is fine. There are three methods of transport on a map, running on foot, cart, and mount.

On Foot: Can reach 1k movement speed with equipment alone. Even Faster with buffs and skills

Cart: lose buffs and defense, capable of higher(est?) speed

Mount: fixed but respectable movement speed (all have 1500 mspeed?) mount drops you when are attacked.

Increasing your speed generally requires time and resources but what takes the least amount of time and resources to get a respectable amount of mspeed? Currently mounts I think.

I find it rare for people to move around in carts. Do the item mall cart items improve the speed of a cart significantly so that it is usable?

I didn't say that I wanted all monsters to not be aggressive, if you were an ant, would you go simply mindlessly attack a giant wielding an ant slaying axe? Ants are possibly that mindless, think of something with a bit more brain matter. A monster should be less aggressive when you are 20~30 level above them. I don't know if this mechanic already exists but I feel as if it doesn't. I need to provide an example for this.

Should the option be to make all these annoyances and problems solvable by making IM items that addresses these problems? Well no, not all of them, just 50-80% of them maybe. Sorry about this very general comment about the IM.

In 5 years we'll get the PAT update that was announced 2 years ago. Just be patient.
