Bug : Earth Strain + Mystical Amplification

As you might know, Mystical Amplification is supposed to increase the damage of the next magic skill by ~50%.

 

Earth Strain is a special aoe that does not hit everything in its 15x9 area at the same time, but instead there is a slow "earth wave" that moves from the warlock in the direction the skill was cast and is supposed to hit everything in its path.

Now, here is the bug:
When you use MAmp+Earth Strain and hit an enemy during the first few "earth wave" moves then MAmp gets consumed and enemies further away, while getting hit properly, won't recieve bonus damage by MAmp. Since Earth Strain does usually apply the MAmp bonus damage on enemies further away as long as no closer enemies got hit first it's fair to assume that Earth Strain is supposed to have mAmp bonus for the full aoe range.

Example:

 

 .........
 ..O......  W = Warlock
 .........  Enemy O will recieve 150% Earth Strain damage
 .........  Enemy A will recieve only 100% Earth Strain damage, since the
 .........    MAmp got consumed by the O enemies
 O........
 .........  If Enemies O weren't there then enemies A would recieve MAmp-damage properly
W.......A.
 .O.......
 .........
 .........
 .........
 .........
 ........A
 .........

Please fix this.

Mystic amp applies to the first bundle of damage you do with your next spell. Its just how it works. Its not something specific to earth strain.

Which other skill, aside from Chain Lightning, does have multiple (seperate) hits and does not apply MAmp to ALL hits?

StormGust, LOV, MeteorStorm; Firewall, Waterball, TetraVortex, HellInferno, all these skills deal multiple seperate hits over a certain period of time and for all these skills MAmp is applied to ALL hits. I think even multiple Fire Pillars get all amplified as long as you amplify the last FP and don't cast anything else.

If you, say, used an amp scroll on a sorc and casted psychic wave, only first hit is amped. Its only when the damage is processed as a new attack more than once.

I guess then Psychic wave needs a bugfix aswell, seeing how it, in its core, is the same as SG (except that SG is 9x9 with each cell having 3x3 splash range and PW is 1x1 with 11x11 splash range) and all of SGs hits being affected by mAmp and all hits being considered new attacks (or else Lex Aterna would work for all hits).

If your argument "only first hit gets amped and it's supposed to be like that" were valid then explain the other skills i listed being able to use mAmp for all hits (especally waterball with its 25~225 individual hits, which are all calculated individually).
In fact, when renewal was for testing on kRO sakray (a few years ago) only the first hit of Tetra Vortex got amped by mAmp, but the developers recognized that this was a bug and fixed it so all hits are affected by it. So, seeing how TV had the same behavior a few years ago, just because a skill (like PW and ES) only takes the first hit and then disables mAmp right now it does not mean that it's supposed to be like that.

I agree that this has to be a bug, M amp should amp all the spell not only the first hit.
