Why is my account blocked?

My character just disconnected today and when i log in this message shown.."Account has been blocked.Please send an inquiry to the GM Team."

How do i fix this? I am worried. My IGN is MrCorvette Lvl 230 Class Bourg. Please help me fix this GMs. :sigh:

You will need to go here - https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx

Make an account at support so you can view tickets through that site and reply to tickets.

If after 48 hours you do not receive any replies (check the support site) then you can send the ticket number to Warnhal and he can check on its status for you.

Do i need the warportal email of the suspended account or any other warportal email would be accepted?

I think you can use any email of a Warportal account.

Thank you! I asked because i don't remember my warp email that i use to that account. I already sent a ticket. I hope they could help me because i don't participate in any wrong activities in Rose. I just afk all day long in everyday life. So it gets me so worried what would be its caused.

Just remember to check that email for the auto response. If you don't get it, then they are using a different email, and you will have to change the email on record with them or try to remember your other email address.

What do you mean unauthorized? Like it was being used by other people? I'm the owner of this account. Me and my boyfriend uses this account. MrCorvette is my boyfriend, He lives in USA.  and i MrsCorvette living in Philippines. We both use it. Accounts can't be use by love ones? Like BF/GF? Tell me about it..

Unfortunately, making a topic like this serves no purpose, The only way to sort this out is through the ticket system. If you don't already have an account to view your tickets online, you should do that here https://support.warp...rmRegister.aspx  Once you have that special account, reopen your old ticket, explain your situation and ask support to review it again.
