so yeah, PVP wise, I think this one skill of wanderer is no longer useful in renewal

almost all people in WOE have 100+ vit or so and immune to stun, no?

it's sad because this skill was one of the scariest skill in classic. not everyone could get 100 vit, says champ, bio, sniper, and so on. Dazzler will stun-locked them.

But renewal system wrecked this skill much.

 

but I wonder if dazzler would stil be a decent skill PVM wise?

At lower levels, it has its uses, especially for solo-leveling. But note that it also has a chance to stun players around you--including your party members!  Dazzler is awesome in WoE TE and sometimes PVP (not everyone has that 100 VIT).
