Refine Event (ACTIVE)   

 

Refine your shadow gears with a double chance! , that means that you have a "fake chance" to not break you gear in the fist try and in the second try can be upgraded or destroyed ( depend on the stone you use to refine it)

 

0 to +4 with normal Elu/Ori 

+4 to +6 with Enriched Elu/Ori (high chance of breaking it) Once you refine it to +7, you could use HD Ori/Elu to avoid breaking it

+7 to +10 with HD Elu/Ori (it does not break but instead it downgrade it , still you can continue as you do in the Enriched Hammer event but you have to choose the HD Elu/Ori option ) if by chance you choose other option, you cannot use this mode(enriched hammer) until it gets back to +7

Refina tus SHADOW GEARS con Doble Oportunidad, es decir que tienes una "Oportunidad ficticia" de que en el primer intento no se rompa y en el segundo se pueda refinar o se rompa, segun la piedra que uses para Refinarlos

 

0 a +4 con Elu/Ori Normal
+4 a +6 con Enrich Elu/E.Ori (CHANCE DE ROMPERSE ALTO)   Una vez se refine a +7 Puedes usar HD Ori/Elu para evitar romperse
+7 + 10 Con HD Elu/ HD ORI (NO SE ROMPE, Pero se degrada, puedes continuar como si fuera el evento de enriched hammer y mientras sigas escogiendo la opcion de HD ELU/ORI) en caso de equivocarse no se puede usar esta opcion hasta que regrese a +7

so you can't use enriched ores and enriched hammer for gears +7 and higher? That really really sucks.

Enriched Ores are good to ensure u +7 the shadow gear, but not necessary (the chance with normal ones is being acceptable)

Shadow gears, aside from the intro set, are pure pay to win / a money milking scheme. They are only obtained by cash shop, can only be upgraded with cash shop, and are tied to incentives for +9ing the items.

I just tried refining and my shadow armor broke on 1st try.

are u sure this is active?  the npc says nothing about a double chance before you attempt to refine.

It wont prompt you of 2nd chance. It goes automatically to 2nd attempt.If it is success on first try, you will see like attempt 1: it worked it worked. 2nd try, attempt 2: it worked it worked. It is not like it failed on first try then exit the npc xD

oh well, there goes my safeguard shield, but i still have another one, at +6 too. now im afraid to refine it since its the last one

I just tried it using enriched elunium from +4 to +5. Where's that high chance? High chance of breaking? Does it mean you have to use normal elu/ori?
