I've noticed that my stats and exp rate didn't change after joining a guild.

Additional Allowance (8/10)
Jackpot 777 (8/10)
PT gymnastics (10/10)
Tactical training (8/10)

My HP was 14,811 without a guild and is the same after joining the guild and I was receiving the same 11mp on the mukas.

This is a known bug for several months already, the guild skills do actually work but the problem is that you don't lose the guild bonus when you quit a guild. If you join a guild for the first time on a new character, you'll see your stats go up. If you then leave the guild you'll notice your stats wont go back down. When you then join a new guild, it seems as though your stats don't change because the bonus was still affecting you.
