Generally we need at least 550 hit to make sure 100% hit rate on mvp before they agi up

When it comes to GX class, crit is preferred because it can hit even agi up mvps

My question is how does other classes beat agi up mvps?

Does ranged attack not affected by agi up? (cart cannon/dragon breath/arrow storm/etc)

Many ranged skills are guaranteed hits (dragon breath, for example) other ones are based on hit (arrow storm). In the case of the latter, they too would need to crit and/or depend on guaranteed-hit skills.

Cart Cannon, Arm Cannon , Dragon Breath, Pinpoint Attack, Matyrs Reckoning, Cart Revolution, Sharp Shooting (Crit), Magic Attacks and Hybrid Attack based on both like Grand Cross, Genesis Ray or Soul Destroyer guarantees a hit.

Swordsman Classes do have a good option for their physical skills thanks to the Gungnir´s 25% Perfect Hit. 50%, if they Slot Shield and one Slot of the spear with the Mummy+Ancient Mummy Combo.

RKs: Dragon Breath, Crit Crush Strike, any means of Counter Attack (preffered with Crush Strike for 100% Crit chance), and normal physical Crits, Enchant Blade INT part

RGs: Crit Exceed Break, Grand Cross, Genesis Ray, Pinpoint Attack, Matyrs Reckoning, Gloria Domini, VIT part of Shield Press

GX: Crits, Soul Destroyer

Ranger: Crits + Warg. Sharp Shooting / Focused Arrow Strike, Traps (?)

Mechanic: Arm Cannon, Lava Flow (The additional Burning Damage), Cart Revolution

Genetic: Cart Cannon, Acid Bomb, Cart Revolution

Sura: Guillotine Fist, HP/SP Part of Tiger Cannon, HP/SP Part of Hell Gate, Occult Impaction (as far as I remember)

Mage Classes: Always Hit with Magical Attacks.

Does GX really require a min of 550 hit to be able to hit the mvp? What should be the min decent hit rate for GX to be able to use skill on most mvp without agi etc..

550 isn't that high, at 175 my idle without any extra hit gear is around 510.

I have never seen a ranger kill agi up MVP with focused arrow strike before. Lol

And this is one of the proof that Arrow Storm is not god skill.

Dont forget magic oboros hehe. Currently doing 107k flammin petals on amdarais

edit: 550 is not a fixed value of hit rate you should get. Some mvps require laughable hit rate like not even 400. Others require 600+. It depends on your target. If you need hit rate you probably built either 120 str or 120 agi or both 120. Skill killing build or DD DA. you would probably have something around 90 dex, and like, 23 luk( if 2 stats at 120) or even higher luk if not 120 both, this gives you a lot of hit rate. My current 120 str 120 agi dd da gx gets around 500 hit rate not even using much HIT gears, a +7 ancient shadow armor is highly advisable for this too.

RGs and RKs also have the option of using a Gungnir [2] with at least one mummy card in it, along with an ancient mummy carded shield for 45 perfect hit. It's what I use on my RG for agi upped MVPs and it lets me hit them with OB and VP about half the time.

You tested it with the Ice Pick effect and the Def pierce didnt work, so you assumed, that SD already pierces the DEF. The Ice Pick just ads ATK to that part so you did a lot more damage with more Racial/Size/and AS Cards even against high DEF monsters.

Yeah it works with ea, i even use on my SinX SD build, EA10 FAW, EA 9 Immaterial Sword for ghosts and ea9 Byeollungum for other mvps. The matk(yeah matk not int) is pretty weak, and gets even weaker when use EDP, since it will halve the SD formula, focus only in the atk part. aspd will make it more spammable, as well as having strings and sacrament

I tried endless tower with Rolling Cutter's GX but I have some difficulty some MVP kill when Agi Up active. I don't remeber now my Hit rate but is 100% miss when activate.

 

I believe as impossible have 100% Hit rate in all MVP (using melee atack, without critic) when Agi Up active.

You would need like, over 1.1k hit rate to hit every mvp in agi up

So just crit him. I bring along a spare chakram + sin cuffs, and while I RC whenever possible, I throw those on for MVPs like Samurai Specter. Getting 100+ crit (50+) with katars is very easy.

Yes, it works but it require some investment. anyway I managed to get up 80 floor fleeing the mvp up to effect's end.
