Hi there! I'm sorry but I'm new to RO2. I'm just wondering if there is free permanent mount anywhere in the game that can be achieved through a quest or something? A mount which you can get in game and not from the item mall.

 

In other games, there are permanent mounts that you can get in game without buying item mall stuff. Of course item mall mounts would be much faster. Still, a mount, even though slow, is still faster than a running character. Thank you!

 

Just to add, I see a lot of mounts when I press "i" in game but I have no idea where those mounts can be acquired. Any info would be much appreciated! Thanks again!

You can buy one 140% mount at the NPC mount seller in north Prontera for 10 or 15 zeny, minimum required level is 15. There is also a free 170% mount that drops from Queen in Fallen Fortress called Argos mount, but it is very rare drop and queens only spawn every 3hr 30 to 4hr and are heavily farmed.

All the other mounts are sold in kafra shop but a couple temp are buyable for blood points in Prontera knightage post
