It ask you if you have Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Seven, etc. To check, press Startup, then go to Control Panel and double clic in System. You should be able to check it there.

Lets see if we are in the same page: http://downloadcente...088&FamilyId=40

From there select the windows you have and it should be the first exe. I got this one, for windows vista 32: http://downloadcente...=17407&lang=eng

I guess that it means that you must download another one, maybe some of the options you pick were wrong. Are you sure that your windows is the Vista Home Premium?

No idea, it worked?

So let me follow what you did:

you pick: chipsets > laptop chipsets > Mobile Intel® 965 Express Chipset Family > Windows Vista Home Premium, 32-bit version

and then downloaded the first exe one in the list?

But are you sure that you know wich windows do you have? the way to check it is in the directX like said in the link above, and also you can know the video card you have. After that you should be able to download the right exe. Otherwise try to contact the support center with that info and they should be able to point wich exe do you need.
