Cant your friend post for himself? 100%stuns tend to be overpowered and unfair to other players.
Only 1 stun in the game is 100% and it belongs to Fighters and it's imbalanced when they actually land it ( the duration is longer than the cd), but as Mike said 100% stun rate is unfair the the opposing player.
5/5 Stumblebum...but it's more balanced than that Twin stun mostly because it's downright easier to avoid. Unless we get the cast time reduced from a buff which makes it near unavoidable but that's a team-based thing.
Back to topic: Also even if Death Snatch isn't 100% do some follow up skills to flinch them up to compensate for when it isn't stunning. It's a skill designed to bring foes back down for more damage as launches tend to be done at the end of Overlord combos.
As my friend said, he wanted make Death Snatch be 100% stun, bc there are other classes that have similar skills, like Savage's Claw Fishing, sentinel's Wire Action. though Death Snatch be 100% stun, it still can be solve by using XZ combo system. So, its fair to change !
