Set bonus with Physical Enhancer Ring and Geffen Magic Robe

• Reduces normal skill usage delay by 5%.
• Reduces damage received from [Demi-Human] race by 5%.

 

Will two Physical Enhancer Ring and a Geffen Magic Robe give 10% skill usage delay and 10% reduced damage received from [Demi-Human] race?

I think the bonus is typically scripted on the non-accessory item, so it only checks true/false for the presence of the other set pieces and applies it once.

"Do I have the set?" Is always true/false. You can NEVER get a set twice, even if wearing two full copies of a set (example: dual wielding rwc knife with 2 rwc ring doesn't grant the set bonus twice).
