Hey guys, I have tried to login many times, it remains in a page "please wait...". I have tried to wait 30 mins.But it does not work... Please give me some suggestion.

Yep, I have tried close all of game clients and restart my pc. But it does not work. I think i wait a couple, then try again. :3

I solved here by attempting a wrong password once and then putting the right one in the next try. Worked everytime so far.

It does not work. It says "Fail to Connect to Server" after "please wait..." by using iro client. If I use steam, it just remains "please wait...".

I have the same issue as OP and both restarted clients as well as my PC. Attempting wrong password yielded the same result. The issue is only apparent in my main account though, since logging in my alt account was perfectly fine. I'd suggest sending a ticket, as I will be doing so shortly.

I cant log in still, its been 4 hrs already since I tried to log in and failed.

 

I wonder how long will this take.. I hope it gets fixed soon.

My "workaround" keeps functioning here...

 

1) wait 15 or 20minutes if you made too many attempts

2) try your right username and password ONCE (it will delay and fail)

3) try your right username and WRONG password (the password must contain more than 4 characters or no information is relayed to the server. It should pop up "wrong password" FAST)

4) login normally

 

I've been doing this and worked everytime, in 3 different accounts. Also other people have done it successfully.

I know this is stupid, but it's a workaround while this bug isn't fixed.

Yes it is, thats like saying drinking rubbing alcohol cures cancer.  This could just as easy flag your account from their perspective as hacker-like activity.  Right now due to some boot stain DDoSing the server to get a jolly in their pants in their parents basement, the DDoS heuristics are turned on and its going to add some overhead in your connection.

 

If you use something like pingzapper or WTFast or lowerping and tunnel thru a private VPN for game servers you shouldn't get this.  I can't say for certain since I don't use every one of these programs though.

I'm not using anything, i just happened to do this by accident earlier today in my 2nd login attempt and it worked. Also, i noticed everytime since then it was the only way for me to login.

Pretty sure i wouldn't be posting this if it was anything like "hacker activity". Just trying to relay the workaround, since there's nothing illegal in trying a wrong password like 123456.
