Hello, im stuck at 160 and i cant find a party in ruins because im always gap. Are there other areas where i can level?

Try one of the other maps on Eldeon like Marsh of Ghosts. There are some decent aoe spots in MoG. Although it will be slower than the ruins, it's still a good place to level. At 180 you can do the quests in Oblivion Temple and then travel to Orlo to train.
