Is it intended when you're in the range of Bourgeois's Third Eye, you're considered to be under attack?

I tried changing gears while in the range of it but couldn't due to "Cannot perform action while in combat", as soon as I moved away from its range, it could change.

is it really about the third eye? cause experience it too a lot, the cannot change items because in combat thingy but everytime that happens i see around and there's neither enemy player or summon. I think its a bug.

 

Case Example: in AA

1. Clash is over

2. everybody regroups in mid(no more enemy around)

3. I switch to charm gear

4. i buff

5. i tried to switch back to battle gear but i cannot because it says i'm still in combat even though there has been no enemy presence around since #2

1) The third eye is casting an aura which is trying to detect hidden enemies and decloak them. For some reason it is interacting with non-enemy characters, and trying to deloak them. Because it is interacting with your character, it is putting your character in the "In combat" state.

2) There is not a bug in AA that is putting you in combat, it is yourself. No matter where you are, if you cast buffs on another character, then it will put your character in the "In combat" state.

Try it yourself. Buff another character, then try to use a cart or something. It will say you are in combat.

If you're allied it shouldn't do that. If you're ANY type of hostile, than it will flag you for combat, because a 'status' was applied/removed from you via a combat mechanic. It's annoying to say the least.

Strange, if I buff noobs in Adventurer's Plains with my cleric, it will put me in a combat state.

It happens for buffing. But its mostly because of the heals. If you healed using recover, you'll need to wait till the stack is gone. Or if you heal with any other party heal, mostly its immediate or sometimes you need to wait till the light is gone.

As for 3rd eye, i don't know, this is the only contribution i can help with the topic for the people asking about cleric. Sorry trang~ :v

+sidenote you can be in combat when the third eye is close to monsters too
