hi guys,

 

i noticed there is an autocast proc of stormblast for peuz set.

i just wanna know if the autocast requires you to have atleast one stormblast rune?

or does the stormblast wont proc if you have no rune for it in your inventory?

it still procs if you don't have a stormblast rune in inventory and doesn't consume one if you do

lol I dont know Peuz set can autocast Stormblast! In the wiki they dont say anything at all about Stormblast autocast.

 

Few days ago I meet a scumbag RK in Mid TI casting Stormblast on mobs. And I think; this motherfkr must be rich...

EDIT: will it proc thru IB? i know some stuffs like RTE's damage piercing can be proc'd with IB

i haven't tried the set with IB, but it's really only good for autocast/agi-crit anyway

No. But from Reflect. So Valk Mant, Orc Lord, High Orc, Isabella Brown or Thorny + Bison Combo are your bets here, if you want it to proc occasionally.

Also the +2 ASPD effect activates when you activate Spear Dynamo, it doesnt auto - proc as far as i know. Also stays up for the duration of the spell. (40sec ish)

oh, no wonder i haven't seen this happening. my poor gimped baby RK T_T (still cute though!)
