blood rage primary damage happens first that is bases off set physical amount. the secondary heal leeched is based off radiant heal formula and physical damage has nothing to do with it.  the problem with the skill i think is that it possibly uses possession beast property to heal instead of light damage which would be able to be resisted.

 

primary damage ((oncrit x2) +scad) = primary damage of skill ---does not add base physical damage to the set amount

 

secondary damage Property that cannot be resisted(PB ???)

 

property damage +(MND *0.3 + Property or Magic Attack) ((oncrit x2 ) +scad) = secondary damage

 

 

or it does use physical as the "property"...and the defense formula is not applied. heal formula is still used with whichever "Property" is used.

 

 

any thoughts?

i can confirm this, DMG = Heal 

 

The Heal formula seams to work like = DMG (you do on the target, non crits) + SCAD 

 

But the Heal can Crit too than it seams DMG (non crits x2) +SCAD

 

So Big Heals are Skill Crits power`d by Scad. CAD don`t seams to matter.

my main point is that either...

 

your physical damage is being converted into property heal that cannot be resisted or...

its using a property damage like PB property to heal which cant be resisted.

((SRPD*0.20)+(magic dmg*2))+(mnd*0.3)*2+(skill*0.20)*2+SCAD

 

Its on 80% defence.

Interesting. I had a different idea on where it was basing the damage from.
Calculations slightly different.
Blood rage was copied from defiler skill tree hence I'm not sure it is using heal formula.
I haven't seen the skill in game in a while since I don't log but I was thinking
Since vamp is magic based, blood rage ended up being a physical magic skill. Which doesn't have a resistance type to it. Or rather a magic skill that is physical property based.
Has anyone checked that mnd affects either the dmg or the heal? I know int and mdmg do
