Just downloaded the latest client and noticed the patch server was down so i did the classic patchserver bypass and got to the login screen and made a char but got this error:
CPaletteres :: Cannot find File : pallete*giberish giberish*_29249.pal
This error now shows everytime i try to access my login screen. Is this due to missing patches or something else? I mean all i have is a novice?
Havent been able to test premium as my account has to go thru the 24h validation thingy first so these are attempts to connect to valk.

You need to let the client update. That error means you are connecting with a pre-renewal client.
The most recent installer was made 2 weeks before renewal update was on valk, so it has to update from prenewal to renewal clients.

Yeah as soon as the patch server worked again it worked. But it was kinda wierd becose i had a smith name like ¤#&/#¤"/¤/% that was lvl 45 in my list before i got the sprite errors! ;D
BTW this is "pius permaximum" we played in the same guild for like 6 months. Waiting to get my old account to start playing again. You still playing?
