Had no issue playing until recently right after the new update.
I can stay logged in for about 5 mins then crash, I've sent countless reports via app crashing and have not heard anything. Is there a way to fix this? Like I said everything was smooth till new updates with fishing and emp stuff please help.
Constant dc can't even play now.

You could have received a bad patch 
Fortunately there is an easy fix, force a re-patch (instructions in link below):

If you continue to have issues you may want to send in a support ticket as the support team would be able to pin point exactly what is wrong
