I'm pretty new to RO2 and have been posting asking about current issues and not a reply or email.
I understand people are busy and stuff but is there anyone that knows about the current issues that can provide Intel on what we can do if anything?
I can't stay logged into game longer then 5 min since new update, It was fine prior to recent update and now I can't even play.
Please help, Thank You.
Does any GMs for RO2 ever reply? Or anyone with knowledge?

GMs can only be contacted through the ticket system. Only people you'll get in the forums are Community Managers (CMs) and mods and I think some of them are still asleep right now.
