Hey guys i want to start playing dragon saga but i dont know which class is the best for pvp and pve so i hope u can help me a bit.

I played all three classes currently do to changes and nerfs, sentinel is probably the best of the three in terms of pvp and pve. In pvp it's really hard for ninjas and pallies to catch sentinels and they provide a ton of support lockdown and damage for the team in group pvp. In pve if you max the passive piece and throw down a tesla trap you can clear multiple mobs without using much mp. If you are looking to spend time and even money on either one of these three classes as well sentinel is the most beneficial of the three as well.
