Patch Notes v582

 

Hello Roserians!

 

We will be undergoing our start of the month maintenance: September 1 @2pm Server Time.

 

Downtime is expected to be a minimum of 4 hours.

 

During this maintenance, we will be upgrading to some new hardware that will further improve on the game experience in regards to in game latency!

Summer is ending, so all the summer costumes will be removed. We will also be updating the Lucky Spin for September!

Backend Updates

• Some preparations are being made for a future update, some files have been updated to set the stage for the changes.
• You may notice, that some ammunition quality has changed, it is because they are intended to have elements associated tot hem.
  However they will not yet apply any damage influences yet from element. Some ammunition will be slightly weaker as a result for basic use.

nice but for the lucky spin its kinda to many,its just make it to hard to get anything out of it, just like this last month it was to much to do spin and barly get anything i didnt already have

I'm not going to lie, I had zero problem collecting the set I needed the last time we had a super loaded spin set. So, I honestly am on the fence with it. I see how unfortunate luck could be infuriating, but I haven't experienced it.

Am missing so far 4 pieaces from the current monthly Lucky spin, it's not that bad, it was a bigger challange then usally

I've heard the comments about the challenges to getting all the costumes when there are so many. The unfortunate thing is, with the ever increasing costume counts we have and as we add new ones over time, there are so many costumes we can't cycle them all within a year! So we had to increase the costume listings to help with giving them chances to be exposed and obtained. We get frequent requests about one set or another when they haven't been seen in a long time.

 

I cut back on filling in all the space, so to ease a bit back on the challenge of obtaining everything, but don't forget that you do have shuffles you can use to help make sure an item you're hunting for can be listed before spinning that wheel! Also don't forget that you can trade the items in-game with other players, you can work out trades for pieces!

Mostly with this maintenance though, I am personally looking forward to seeing the new hardware at work. The new servers are significantly more powerful than our current ones, so I have high some strong expectations with seeing how it changes the feel of game play for the Game Arena modes and other heavy hot spots of game play. It also will allow us to grow and use more complicated techniques and features for future updates!

Leo, I managed to get all but 7 pieces this month, so I am very happy. I can't wait for these new ones, I have parts of most of them already. Maybe I will manage to complete some of them!

thanks leonis and you know the really oldest costums maybe put them in the premium shop,that might maybe easy it up a bit on the lucky spin, just a thought

Add more shuffles, 5 was enough before, it's not anymore. Also, consider selling some of those spin sets directly, you'll make a bundle.

Maintenance status Update:

 

We are currently testing the new servers and their configurations to ensure they will be fully operational.

 

We may go over our estimated downtime by a short period, but expect the servers to be going online soon.
