I only propose one change:

All equipments with the requirement of 3rd classes and base level 100

 

Should be changed to:

 

All equipment with the requirements of 3rd classes and base level 99

 

Mora equipments,Touhou Project headgear (and also the accessories if we will eventually have them),3rd class job change headgear and other equipments.

 

Why 99?
Because the base level needed for doing 3rd class job change quest is 99 instead of 100.

Yes,most people will jump to 100 upon job changing due to stacked exp but there are some who don't and this is because they want to be able to do the level 91-99 Eden Board quests which grant nice amount of job EXP to pump their job levels while being able to wear the said gears at the same time.

I always thought this is how it's intended in the first place. Does kRO have perma-skill resetter like iRO does? Maybe we're just too accustomed to the skill resetter and most would stay in 99 for a while to try various skills, including those enhanced by community project/mora gears.

I wouldn't say this is a bad change but it isn't really necessary.
